Original Pokemon Project: #001 Arctigon (Draft)

I started a project a while ago of creating a Pokemon based on and for my friends. The criteria for this project that each of the Pokemon has a base stat of 550, is a single stage Pokemon with Mega Evolution (to be uploaded in the future) and would be a strong Pokemon you'd find later in the game (like Scyther and Magmar in the original games).
I also undertook this project to help push my drawing and shading skills to the next level and you can actually seem them improve other the course of the project.

So Arctigon was made for me and was the prototype for the project; I love dragons and the cold and have always wanted there to be a badass Ice/Dragon type Pokemon to be introduced into the games (Yes I already know about Kyurem and the fusions). His design was mostly inspired by the dragons from Game of Thrones and I liked the idea of an armoured head to help sell the idea of a strong warrior dragon.

Ability wise I've given Arctigon both Levitate and Intimidate as normal abilities and Ice Body as the hidden ability. Both Levitate and Intimidate are pretty self-explanatory based on the design and Ice Body as using the move Hail factors into Arctigon's moveset quite a bit so it made sense to improve its usefulness to this Pokemon.

Example moves from Arctigon's moveset include Hail, Blizzard, Wing Attack, Dragon Pulse and Screech.

Arctigon's stat are pretty balanced with a high Special Attack and decent Defence and Special Defence.

Once I've completed all the mega forms I'll upload a full infograph type picture which will contain the full move list, base stat distribution, shiny colouration and more.
